This afternoon at the Equitas Auditorium, Students are gathering around for the BOSS UP UFS financial seminar with Angela Linda, Masabata Sebusi and PD Jokes. This seminar has been highly anticipated by young college students as the quest for financial freedom has been a topic that has not had enough discourse.
In light of the Educor Institutions being shut down due to incompetence by the Institutes to deliver sufficient financial records, this initiative will be instrumental in enlightening and improving the financial literacy of modern students as well as the students getting real insight to the status of the industries they aspire to enter. WHat will also be the topic of discussion will be money management as well as the ever-fluctuating state of the world's economy.
Assupol in Bloemfontein is hosting UFS on the main campus, the numbers are estimated to fill the entire auditorium UFS students have single handedly made the seminar trend with some users saying “If you dont attend this event I don't want to hear about you complaining about being broke’, another user stated “if you owe me money and i see you at the UFS talk you owe me an explanation as to how you will be paying me”.
The Seminar also is awarding prizes, hampers and vouchers to be won. However judging by the excitement the prizes are clearly just a bonus. The gems that are to be shared have been enough to incentivize students to attend.
